The site is owned and managed by The Association for Education, Prevention and Intervention in Pediatric Dentistry, with headquarters in Timișoara, Str. Mircea Cel Batran, Nr.111a, Timiș County, is registered at the Trade Register under no. X35/1255180/2023, having fiscal code no. 48169234, hereinafter referred to as “SmartPedodontics“.
We, SmartPedodontics, want to offer our participants a dental conference.

We are not responsible for malfunctions, viruses, damage caused by system errors, as a result of accessing our page.

SmartPedodontics can offer the User , through a written agreement, the right to use, in a described form, certain content of the site. This agreement applies strictly to the content/contents defined, for a period established in the agreement and only to the person/persons who were allowed to use these contents, without being able to use other contents of the smartpedo.com website.
The use of any registered brand name on the smartpedo.com website does not constitute an advertisement for that company. SmartPedodontics assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the site’s content.

There is also the possibility for SmartPedodontics to send you personalized offers if you are our user who has benefited from our services in the past, based on our legitimate interest for marketing and advertising purposes (Art. 6/1/f GDPR) .

Any attempted unauthorized access to the Site and any attempted fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Any conflict arising between SmartPedodontics and the user is attempted to be resolved amicably, through understanding between the two parties.
We invite you to communicate to registration@smartpedo.com any dissatisfaction you may have in relation to our Services for a speedy resolution of the reported situation.
If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the legal provisions in the field will be applied, and the resolution of conflicts is the competence of the Romanian courts.
