ERIKA IONESCU

Erika Ionescu is a senior consultant, trainer, entrepreneur, and marketing strategist. She is the founder of THE Headline, a pioneering business consulting company focused on the private healthcare sector. Their mission is to help doctors achieve better results, improve patient retention, and foster both personal and professional growth.

 With years of experience in medical marketing, Erika took the entrepreneurial leap in 2013, inaugurating the first clinic in western Romania exclusively for children in partnership with the Dent Estet group. That same year, she co-founded ADOM (Association of Dental Office Managers) and developed a comprehensive training program in dental office management.

 Between 2016 and 2021, Erika played a key role in several acquisition projects within the medical field. In 2021, she exited her role at Dent Estet 4 Kids to establish Romania’s first consulting company dedicated to the healthcare sector.
