Biography

Dr. Lina Jasulaitytė is a paediatric dentist, educator, and coach with more than two decades of clinical and academic experience in behaviour-centred and minimally invasive paediatric dentistry. She works at the Youth Dental Health Services (Jeugdtandzorg West) in The Hague, a non-profit organisation where she treats referred children with extensive caries, dental anxiety, developmental challenges, and complex behavioural needs. Her clinical focus lies in non-operative and minimally invasive caries management, and communication strategies that empower families to take an active role in oral health.

Dr. Jasulaitytė served as a member of the Dutch national guideline committee (KIMO) for the prevention and treatment of dental caries in children and youth, contributing expertise in Motivational Interviewing, causal caries management, and minimal intervention principles. She is also a lecturer for the Ivoren Kruis, where she delivers presentations on Motivational Interviewing, NOCTP/Gewoon Gaaf, and guideline-based paediatric care to professional audiences in the Netherlands and internationally.

With a background spanning paediatric dentistry, pedagogics and coaching, she is committed to advancing child-friendly, evidence-based approaches that integrate communication, behavioural science, and minimally invasive clinical care.
