- Registration & Payment
By completing the registration form and submitting your personal and invoice details, you will receive an advance invoice at the email address provided.
Payment must be completed within 15 days from the date of the invoice.
Your seat is confirmed only after the payment is registered by the Organizer.
- Ticket Transfers (Name Changes)
Name changes for the ticket beneficiary are permitted free of charge at any time prior to the start of the event.
For this purpose, please follow the procedure communicated by the Organizer or available in your registration account.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
If, for personal or professional reasons, you are unable to attend the conference:
The amount paid can be transferred to the next year’s edition of SMART Pedodontics, with a 50Euro fee for transfer ( reduced from the amount of the tiket).
If you request a refund, a 25% from the value payed will be deducted from the value of the ticket.
For the workshop registrations no refunds are possible.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizer.
- Event Modifications
While speakers, topics, and the program are confirmed at the time of publication, circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control may require substitutions or changes.
SMART Pedodontics reserves the right to:
- adjust topics
- alter the schedule
- implement program changes if necessary
- modify speakers
These changes do not entitle the participant to refunds or compensation.
Any updates will be announced on the official conference website.
- Organizer Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for:
- travel interruptions
- accommodation costs
- personal scheduling conflicts
- force majeure situations (weather, strikes, illness, etc.)
- Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
