LM WORKSHOP: HOW & WHEN TO USE LM-ACTIVATOR™ ERUPTION GUIDANCE APPLIANCES IN DIFFERENT STAGES OF DENTITION

The aim of this workshop is to provide an understanding of  identifying and intercepting  different kinds of malocclusions with LM-Activator^TM eruption guidance appliances in different stages of dentition.

Theoretical Part

• Development of the dentition and dental occlusion
• Malocclusion- from diagnosis to treatment
• Clinical management of early orthodontic treatment with LM-Activator^TM
• Evidence based medicine in early orthodontic treatment with LM-Activator^TM                                             

Hands On

The participants will be dived into smaller groups to work with typodonts, LM-OrthoSizer and LM-Activator^TM  appliances. The aim is to select the model and to find the right size of the appliance.They will learn how to modify the appliance and how to instruct the patient and families to wear the appliance (daytime wear, night-time wear, cooperation and motivation).
