Fractures and Luxations of THE TRAUMATIZED YOUNG PERMANENT TOOTH: COMPLETE MANAGEMENT FROM ROOT to RESTORATION

Dental trauma is the fifth most prevalent health problem in the World, and nearly one half of children will visit a dentist’s office with some type of dental injury or its short- and long-term consequences. The emergency and definitive treatment of traumatized young permanent teeth tooth is challenging, and requires a thorough knowledge of growth and tissue healing, as well as a good command of pediatric endodontics and restorative dentistry. This full-day course will deliver the complete endodontic, surgical and restorative package to Fractures and Luxation injuries in young permanent teeth. The participants will gain in-depth knowledge on the new international treatment protocols for emergency intervention and follow-up. The attendees will learn to manage simple-to-complex endodontic consequences of dental trauma The attendees will master various techniques  or reattachment of fractured crowns in the absence/presence of traumatic pulp exposures. This course will also provide the complete adhesive and restorative package for placement of layered and single shade composite restorations in fractured anterior teeth. All treatment algorithms will be delivered in an intensive presentation package enriched with well-documented, step-by-step case series, videos and long-term follow-up documentation. This unique, one-day didactic course will provide the clinician with the confidence to manage the entire scope of fractues and luxation injuries in young permanent teeth in full accordance with the most recent guidelines of the International Associaton of Dental Traumatology (IADT).
