elmex ® TOOTHPASTE FOR CHILDREN 0-6 YEARS contains amine fluoride, which provides a triple protection effect against caries in milk teeth:
– Creates a protective layer of calcium fluoride on tooth enamel
– It increases the teeth’s resistance to mineral loss, which can cause early caries
– Helps remineralize weakened enamel
It contains 1000 ppm of fluoride, in accordance with the recommendations of the European Academy of Paediatric Dentistry (EAPD).
Children should brush their teeth twice a day with a rice-sized amount between 0-2 years old and with a pea-sized amount of toothpaste between 3-6 years old. From the age of 6, it is recommended to use elmex ® ANTICARIES PROFESSIONAL JUNIOR 6-12 YEARS with arginine and 1450 ppm fluoride or elmex ® JUNIOR toothpaste with 1400 ppm fluoride.
